"He's Just Not That Into You!"

Ensemble Leonarda

There’s a fine line between love and hate, particularly in love stories where things don't go the way you wanted them to. What happens after the fairy tale ends ‘and they lived happily ever after'? [NOT]. Music of Lully, Bernier's cantata "Medea", plus dramatic readings about the perils of love.

Ensemble Leonarda was formed at the Peabody Conservatory of Music, where its founding members were participating in the early music program. Named after composer Isabella Leonarda (1620–1704), this group of gifted individuals formed an ensemble dedicated to performing works of the Baroque masters with vim, vigor, and enthusiasm. www.ensembleleonarda.com
