| If you enjoyed ARTEK’s performance of the Vespers last January, now is your chance to join them! The audience will sing the large-scale psalms and hymns along with ARTEK's musicians. The concert will benefit ARTEK’s 2010 recording of Monteverdi’s Book 5 Madrigals. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to perform the Vespers alongside a full Renaissance orchestra and vocal ensemble comprised of the finest singers and musicians performing today. This concert is in honor of EMA's 25th Anniversary year.

Flutist Barthold Kuijken in concert
Barthold Kuijken is an undisputed master of the baroque flute. An opportunity to sponsor a New York City concert by Mr. Kuijken came ARTEK's way, and they could not pass up the chance to give their audience a chance to hear this wonderful artist! He will play Johann Sebastian Bach and Wilhelm Friedemann Bach, as well as French baroque music. He will be joined by ARTEK's Daniel Swenberg, theorbo; Motomi Igarashi, viola da gamba; Immanuel Davis, flute; and Gwendolyn Toth, harpsichord.
