April 20, 2017: Armonia Concertada

4 20 armonia 400x325Armonía Concertada—the duo of Argentine lutenist/vihuelist Ariel Abramovich and soprano María Cristina Kiehr—present "De un libro de música de vihuela, intitulado Imaginario," highlighting luminaries from the Renaissance. The duo initially focused on Spanish and Italian music of the sixteenth century. Both musicians studied at the Schola Cantorum Basel in Switzerland. As a duo, they have performed throughout Latin America and Spain, most recently at the iglesia románica de Arcas as part of the 55th Semana de Música de Cuenca.
