New York City Big List
A Music and Arts List Cooperative
Working with Enertex Marketing, one of the nation's largest mailing list managers serving the arts community, GEMS organizes the annual New York City Big List, previously the New York Early Music List Cooperative. The “Big List” is a compilation of mailing addresses (not email addresses) provided by participating music and arts organizations in the City.
Participants may select names from the combined list, using sophisticated criteria, for one or more mailings of any size. In the past, several organizations—ranging in size from small Renaissance ensembles to Trinity Wall Street Church—have joined together to create a list of over 27,000 ticket buyers and prospects. We invite you to join the project for the coming season! We are expanding beyond the early music community this year and interest from new large organizations promises to make the list even more useful to everyone involved.

NEXT STEPS
STEP 1.
Review and sign the Participation Agreement, and either:
PAY BY CHECK: return the Agreement to GEMS via U.S. mail with a check for $150

Submit your mailing list and your “Do Not Mail” list to Crystal Lohman at Enertex

Wait until August when the list is ready and start planning your mailings!
