New York City Debut Concert

The award-winning early music ensemble Voices of Music, led by Hanneke van Proosdij and David Tayler, makes its New York City debut in collaboration with GEMS. Highlights of the program include Handel and Vivaldi arias from the operas Agrippina, Bajazet, and Rodelinda with internationally renowned countertenor Christopher Lowrey. Other works include Vivaldi’s iconic Grosso Mogul concerto and Concerto for Violin and Oboe in B-flat Major, a rarely performed violin concerto by Maddalena Lombardini, and Corelli's Concerto Grosso in D Major.
